The Island Lake Classic takes place at the picturesque Island Lake Conservation Area. Now in it's 10th year, the event offers a 10k and 5k walk/run through the groomed trails and numerous bridge crossings along the Vicki Barron Lakeside Trail. There is also a free kids fun run. A portion of the proceeds will support the new Crane Gathering Space in the conservation area.
