The Optimist Club of Orangeville has been bringing you Christmas in The Park for 30 years. It started with a group of volunteers stringing a few lights on trees in Kay Cee Gardens. It has since grown to include fantastic illuminated characters, millions of dazzling lights, music, entertainment, and festive community displays.   The free month-long event draws over 24,000 visitors to Kay Cee Gardens and is a holiday tradition for our community.   The park is free and open to the public from 5:30 to 10 p.m. every evening in December, except where weather prevents it.   Note that Santa will not be available for photographs this year.  Visitors are invited to take their own photographs in the sleigh and to watch for other festive characters wandering through the park.
