Event Details:
This full body workout uses resistance band and fitness balls to improve posture, improve flexibility and mobility and core strength without the use of heavy equipment. This low impact joint friendly exercises are easy to modify for all fitness levels. Please bring your own yoga mats. Pilate Balls and resistance bands are supplied.
