Event Details:
In this NEW program participants are taught to stand up, balance, forward and backward movements, and to stop in preparation for playing hockey, with the assistance of a parent or caregiver (ages 16+). Each participant must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver. "Fun time" during each class may include pucks. CSA-approved hockey helmet with facemask, gloves and hockey stick are mandatory. Parent/caregiver must be 16+ years old, have skates, CSA hockey helmet, hockey gloves and stick. Parent/caregiver must have some skating ability including forward, backward skating and stopping.
