Book the court and bring your friends (up to 6 players) for a casual game in the Saputo Centre at Alder Recreation Centre. Court reservations are 1.5 hours in length. Please bring your own equipment (pickleball net is provided).

This high/low cardio and strength class that allows a parent to exercise while spending time with their child(ren). This a combination of, strength training and for a well-rounded fitness class. All children must remain strollers at all times. Please dress warm for the walking track. Fee included one adult and one stroller.
