The Compass Run For Food is a 5K run/walk and 10.5K run along the groomed trails that loop through scenic Island Lake Conservation Area. The event also features a 0.5K Challenge for children aged nine and under. 100% of the race fees will be used in support of local food security initiatives in Dufferin County.
