Event Details:

WODS for Heroes is an event that was created to honor and support First Responders while raising awareness about the devastating increase of line-of-duty and off-duty deaths. These tragedies go beyond accidents and physical trauma, extending to the unseen toll of mental health struggles, including suicide. 

The day will consist of a different Hero workout (workout dedicated to a fallen First Responder) every 2 hours for 12 hours. Whether you want to come and particiapte in the workouts, or just cheer people on, everyone is welcome. There will be a "Vendor Village" full of local businesses, along with a bouncy castle for kids. 

There will be a Raffle prizes, music, food, and much more. Brand new this year, Orangeville Fire will be in attendance, and you can try to pull or push a fire truck faster than the Firefighters. The bigger your group the easier it will be, so make sure you bring your friends and family!
