UPDATE: The CIP Information Session originally scheduled for Tuesday, April 22 will now be offered as individual appointments to interested business and property owners. If you registered to attend the event, we will connect with you to schedule a meeting. 

Property and business owners are invited to learn about the Town’s Community Improvement Plan (CIP).

• Understand the available financial incentives
• Discuss eligible properties and projects
• Ask questions about the application process

The CIP aims to help offset costs for projects that upgrade sites, revive old buildings, reuse spaces, or clean up polluted areas. Representatives from the Planning division and Economic Development and Culture division with the Town of Orangeville will be available to answer your questions. While this information session will focus on programs available to properties within Priority Zone 2, all are welcome to attend and ask questions about your projects and how the CIP can help.
