Local real estate agents, brokers, and developers are invited to the Real Estate Roundtable, hosted by the Town of Orangeville. Staff from the Planning, Building, and Economic Development and Culture divisions will provide information about:

• Local development projects and the approval process
• Zoning updates and permit requirements, particularly for renovations
• Processes and support for property and business owners
