The annual Economic Outlook Summit will be held virtually on Tuesday, November 8. This year’s event will feature a keynote address by Leslie Preston, Managing Director and Senior Economist with TD Bank Group. Ms. Preston has over fifteen years’ experience as an economist and has been with TD Economics since 2011. Ms. Preston leads a team of economists who provide policy analysis and forecasts as well as a wide scope of research, covering the U.S., Canadian, and global economies. The keynote address will provide an analysis of the current interest rate environment, deliver an update on inflation, and explore the potential of Canada and the global economy entering into a recession.
